Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the purchased product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including the shipping costs paid. Only the costs for returning will not be reimbursed. We recommend that you use the shipping option with track and trace, so that there is no uncertainty about whether or not the package will arrive.

Right of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to view/try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
