General Terms and Conditions Workshop

Applicability of general terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement you conclude with Bi Happy Creations.
Before you register for a workshop, it is important to read these conditions carefully. By registering and paying you agree to the general terms and conditions of delivery.

1: Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements from clients or (potential) participants regarding workshops.
1.2 An agreement regarding attending a workshop is concluded by registration or payment by the client or participant and the provision of confirmation by Bi Happy Creations.

2: Registrations
2.1 The workshops are held subject to sufficient registrations.
2.2 Bi Happy Creations reserves the right to change the location where necessary.
2.3 After registration and payment, you will receive an (electronic) confirmation of receipt by e-mail that makes your registration final. Registration takes place in order of receipt of registrations.
2.4 There are only a certain number of places available per workshop. The number is between 4 and 8 participants per workshop. As soon as a workshop is full, registration is automatically closed and it is no longer possible to book a place via the website.
2.5 If a workshop is full, you can email me to sign up for the reserve list. Please put 'reserve list [relevant workshop]' in the subject of the email. Please include your full name and telephone number. If a place becomes available, I will contact you as soon as possible.
2.6 By registering you declare that you agree with the general terms and conditions.

3. Cancellation by the participant
3.1 Unsubscribe must be done via email; info@bihappycreations.nl
3.2 If you cancel a workshop, €5 in administration costs will be deducted, because receiving payments costs me money.
3.3 Cancellation from a workshop:
If you cancel up to 1 week before the start, you will receive a full refund, minus administration costs. If you cancel up to 24 hours before the start, you will receive 50% of the paid amount back. If you cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be made. If you do not show up during the workshop, no money will be refunded.
3.4 If you cannot come yourself, you can also arrange for a replacement yourself. Your confirmation of participation is transferable, but please report it first.

4. Cancellation/rescheduling by Bi Happy Creations
4.1 Bi Happy Creations is entitled to cancel the workshop offered if there are insufficient participants. If a workshop does not take place or is postponed, you will be notified no later than 3 working days before the start.
4.2 Bi Happy Creations is entitled to change the date of a workshop no later than 2 weeks before the start of the workshop. The participant will be informed of this by e-mail and has the option to move/cancel the workshop free of charge in consultation.
4.3 In the event of illness of the teacher, Bi Happy Creations is entitled to replace him or her with another teacher or to cancel the workshop offered. In the event of cancellation, the registration will be moved to another date or canceled in consultation without costs and any costs paid will be refunded.
4.4 The workshop will only take place if there are at least 2 participants. The workshop cannot take place if there are fewer participants.

5: Payment
5.1 The participant must pay the entire claim within 7 days after the invoice date unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with Bi Happy Creations.
5.2 If the agreed installments are not met promptly, this agreement to make partial payments will lapse without any notice and the participant can no longer claim it. If then the entire claim is due and payable.

6: Complaints
6.1 Do you have a complaint about a workshop? Please contact Bi Happy Creations and we will do our best to assist you and try to solve the problem.
6.2 Submitting a complaint does not release the participant from the payment obligation.

7: Liability
7.1 Bi Happy Creations s accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property of participants, nor any liability as a result of events during the workshop.

8: Secrecy
8.1 All workshop materials and additional documentation are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced or otherwise duplicated and/or made public. Making video recordings of (part of) a workshop and/or material is not permitted. The participant is not entitled to transfer or allow the use of workshop material in which the rights referred to above belong to Bi Happy Creations in any way to third parties.
8.2 Workshop participants undertake to maintain confidentiality towards third parties of all information they receive from participants during the meetings and the confidential nature of which the participants must understand.

9: Other
9.1 Bi Happy Creations always reserves the right to change the content of the workshops and/or change prices.
9.2 Parking costs and/or public transport costs, if applicable, are borne by the participant.
9.3 If a participant causes disruption during a workshop, we have the right to refuse or cancel this person's participation. The participant will not receive the money paid back.

9.4 We ask participants to be present at the location 15 minutes before the start, so that the workshop can start on time. If the participant is not present at the start of the workshop, the workshop will still start and end at the planned time. If the participant misses part of the workshop as a result, no (partial) refund can be granted.
